Contact PawLabs
A real person reads this inbox. Corrections get read first.
Reporting a correction
This is the message we most want to receive. If something on the site is factually wrong, tell us and we will fix it or explain why we think it is right. To make that fast, include:
- The page. A URL beats a breed name — some breeds have several profiles that mention them.
- The specific claim. Quote the sentence if you can.
- What it should say instead, and a source if you have one. A kennel club standard, a veterinary reference or a published health survey carries more weight than a forum thread — but tell us anyway, we will go and check.
Substantive factual corrections are made to the page, and the last-updated date on that page moves. We do not quietly rewrite pages to make ourselves look better after the fact.
What to expect
PawLabs Editorial Team reads everything that arrives and aims to reply within a few business days. Corrections are triaged ahead of everything else. We cannot always reply to every message, but every correction gets looked at.
We cannot answer questions about your own animal. We are not veterinarians and we have never met your dog. If they are unwell, behaving in a way that worries you, or you are weighing a health decision, please speak to a vet who can examine them — and if it is urgent, contact an emergency vet rather than waiting on an email from us.
Privacy and data requests
To ask what we hold about you, to get it deleted, or to opt out of anything, email contact@pawlabs.org with "Data request" in the subject. Send it from the address you gave us where possible — it is the simplest way for us to be sure the request is yours.
Full detail on what we collect, who processes it and how long we keep it is in the Privacy Policy. If you only want out of the newsletter, the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send is instant and does not need to go through us.
Press and partnerships
For interviews, data or methodology questions from journalists, or commercial enquiries, email contact@pawlabs.org with "Press" in the subject and a deadline if you are working to one.
On partnerships, so nobody wastes an email: we do not sell placement in breed profiles, comparisons or quiz results, and we do not publish sponsored posts dressed as editorial. Anything commercial is disclosed — see the Affiliate Disclosure.
